Keep in mind that in order to be able to offer you a dynamic, yet low-cost website, I depend upon a certain level of inflexibility to keep both labor and time manageable (and not out of control). That is to say, that in choosing a web package from the following, all features and modifications you need that are in addition to those included in your package, will consist of additional charges on top of the price of the original package.

Pricing Details

I like to try and be as clear and upfront as possible--that is why I give a bold title to 'Pricing Details' here, without a hidden 'fine print' section. I want you to know beforehand, as much as possible, what you are going to get for what you pay.

Maintenance: All websites I create do NOT include site maintenance even after it is created, and any additional work required to maintain existing content and/or software for any reason on the website will be an additional charge. See 'per feature pricing,' here.

Hosting: You don't need your own host with some packages I offer for up to one year. I go through Media Temple as my hosting company. I charge $10 per month to host your site if it is not already included in your web pricing package as listed above, or whatever is agreed upon before starting your project.

Detail Amendments As Tagged Above:

*Note-Only if already fully conceptualized--Meaning the concept of the logo must be fully developed and specific--i.e. a 'rough' sketch is fine, but that version will be the logo, none other, and will simply be enhanced and made to look professional. That is--I do not do 'logo conceptualizing,' --this price does not include thinking up a concept for a logo or banner, only how to implement it.
